      there is a lot easier way to remove dupes from the list:
      a = [1,1,2,2,3,3]
      b = set(a)

      the range for Cpython is '-5' to '256' for pass by reference
      i.e
      >>> a = 33
      >>> b = 33
      >>> id(a)
      234234116676
      >>> id(b)

      234234116676
      >>> a= 0

      >>> b = 0

      >>> id(a)

      140706601279856

      >>> id(b)

      140706601279856

      else it will be pass by value
      i.e
      >>> a= 257

      >>> b= 257

      >>> id(a)

      2244743999856

      >>> id(b)

      2244743999920

      >>> a= -4

      >>> b= -4

      >>> id(a)

      140706601279728

      >>> id(b)

      140706601279728

      >>> a= -6

      >>> b= -6

      >>> id(a)

      2244743999952

      >>> id(b)

      Venkatesh you explained slicing very wrong… when you are saying test[1:3] – start with one index and select three elements. it will never show the three element.
      concept is here under var[start:end]
      end is always end=end-1
      end is denoting the last element index.
      please take this notes very carefully.
