  1. This is a genuine question and I really wanna know

If some maniac nukes all the data centre, then would all of internet be lost? Can the internet be killed? Millions of videos on youtube, trillions of pictures on instagram and quadrillion tweets on twitter will forever be lost and can never be recovered?

Or maybe there is some way to recover it?

  2. Sustainability 🤣 😂 🤣
Google uses more power than BTC & not a single solar panel on the data centers roof!!

  3. Is it just me or could they put RAM into the server(s) and it would be cheaper and faster? (if the power never goes off)

  4. Couple of questions

How many server locations could be spared if you guys erase old data.

How much precious drinking water is used to cool a server plant? An hour?

Is it true, that 1 plant could suply 1 small city of energy?

  5. That is what in the very near future going to control all of us, they will monitor each and every movement we make just like in George Orwell's 1984.

  6. How to turn off auto quality 240p always ? i have 100mbit fibre connection and you always put my videos to 240p or lower. How to lock it 2K only ? 2 k Runs flawlessly your systems suck.

  7. Let's keep calling them "man-hours" that's a totally inclusive term. It's only Google, why should they set the bar
