I dont play dota but i play league and what you described is literally inting sion played correctly in LoL. Or was since it got nerfed over the last month. Minion wave management and drawing pressure towards you so your team can play the map better and easier, since you will generate either dead turrets on a sidelane or player disadvantage on the other site of the map because they need to deal with your ass. Insanely cancerous to play against when played correctly. Just funny how that exists (existed since recent patches in LoL) in both games
