Description
I’m a problem-solver by nature, and I started programming as a kid because it gave me a chance to solve what I felt were the most interesting problems. Throughout my career, the problems got bigger and bigger, and solving them eventually led me to transition from programming to C-level leadership positions at several software companies.
As the CEO of Ambassador, I’m focused on driving product-led growth (PLG) to deliver innovative solutions that simplify Kubernetes and microservices for our customers.
True PLG is about getting out of the way so our customers can solve their problems with our products with as little bureaucracy as possible. My programming background and experience in the trenches where the coding gets done inform my approach as I strive to closely align our organization with our customers’ needs.
Our customers are foremost in our minds with every product we develop, and listening to their challenges and successes is a major priority for me. Working side by side with our customers has proven to be a win-win, as their questions and feedback spark us to find innovative solutions that push the market forward.
Tens of thousands of companies around the world are already using Ambassador’s software to develop and run their cloud infrastructure, and it’s my mission to ensure that we continue to innovate by translating our customers’ needs into products that help organizations of every size thrive in the cloud.
